Privacy policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Juan Pablo Blasco Almeida, an individual doing business as Blaskito Studios (“we”), collects through blaskitostudios.com, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Juan Pablo Blasco Almeida, an individual registered for tax purposes in Mexico, doing business as Blaskito Studios. You can reach us at hello@blaskitostudios.com for any privacy question or request.

What we collect

Launch list. If you join a launch list, we store:

  • your email address;
  • which product you’re interested in (or “all products”);
  • the language of the page you signed up from and which part of the site the form was on;
  • the date and time of the signup;
  • a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse. We can’t recover your IP from it;
  • a random code used for the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.

We use this data for one purpose: to email you about launches and betas of our products. We don’t send newsletters you didn’t ask for, and we never sell or share your email with anyone.

Spam protection. Signup forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a request comes from a person. Turnstile processes technical information from your browser for that check only. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Anonymous statistics. We count, per day, how many times each product page is viewed and its main button is clicked. These counters store no IP address, cookie or identifier of any kind.

What we don’t do

  • No advertising or tracking cookies.
  • No third-party analytics scripts. If we measure traffic, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or fingerprinting.
  • Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser doesn’t contact Google.

Where data is stored

The launch list is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare acts as our processor and may store data in data centers outside Mexico, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe, using the link in any of our emails or the unsubscribe page, or ask us to delete it. If a product is cancelled, we delete the related signups.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing (the “ARCO” rights under Mexican data protection law), and, depending on where you live, other rights such as portability or restriction. Email hello@blaskitostudios.com and we’ll act on your request within 30 days. You can also complain to the competent data protection authority in Mexico or in your country.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
