Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This is how refunds work for our apps.

Try before you buy

Our paid apps come with a free trial, so you can check that they work on your computer and do what you need before paying.

7-day refund

If you’re not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason. No forms, no long explanations.

How to ask for a refund

Write to hello@blaskitostudios.com from the email you used to buy, or reply to your purchase receipt. Include your order number if you have it.

Our payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, so the money goes back to the same card or payment method you used. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, its license key stops working.

Games sold on other stores

Games sold through Steam or other stores follow that store’s refund policy.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country, including Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law.
